THE-CLEMENTINES.COM is operated by PT Clementines Kreasi Indah, trading as The Clementines.

Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to THE CLEMENTINES. THE-CLEMENTINES.COM is intended for sole use by those wishing to review, consider, purchase or otherwise engage in commercial transactions involving THE CLEMENTINES. By visiting our Website and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site including but not limited to browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you must exit the Site immediately and discontinue any use of information or products from this site.

Sign up and Subscribe

You will be required to create an account on our website before you can place any order. By doing so, you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on an orders status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made.

This information is necessary for us to collect payment, process and ship your order, and/or to communicate order status. Don't worry, your information will be kept privately!
When you sign up for our email newsletter, we will ask for your email address. Additionally, you have the option to share the following information with us, which we use to personalize the marketing messages you receive from us.

If you wish to stop receiving The Clementines’ emails at any time, you may do so by clicking “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any The Clementines’ marketing email.

Pricing Rule

Prices shown on our website are in Indonesian Rupiahs (IDR).

Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Product and/or Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Order Handling

All orders will be processed within 2-3 days after payment confirmed, however personalized order may take longer time depends on the complexity. Should you have any urgent order, please contact us via Whatsapp account directly.

Products in high demand may be sold quicker, so please note that adding items to your shopping bag, does not mean the items are reserved for you - you will have to check out properly to make sure you have purchased the products or gift boxes.

Product Descriptions & Images

The Clementines has made every effort to display the information as well as the images of its products that appear at the Site as accurately as possible. However:

On occasion, manufacturers may update their product packaging and ingredient lists. As a result, actual product packaging may differ from what is displayed on THE-CLEMENTINES.COM. It is your responsibility to always read labels, warnings, and directions before using or consuming a product. For most current and/or additional information about a product, please contact the manufacturer.
Due to different monitor display, the colors may appears differently.

Personalized Order

All personalized order (i.e. printed gift box or card, uploaded documents, custom printing) included as part of an order will be printed exactly as they are submitted by the customer. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that all submissions are correct. THE CLEMENTINES is not responsible for any misspellings, typographical errors, omissions, or any other inaccuracies contained in any submissions provided by the customer.

Payment & Confirmation

Once checked out, you will automatically receive Order Confirmation in your email. Every order placed has 24 hours’ time limit for payment, otherwise it will be automatically cancelled by the system.

Payment can be made via Bank Transfer (via BCA ONLY) or Credit Card (powered by Midtrans). If you choose to pay with Bank Transfer, you will then be provided with Order ID and Bank Account details to do your bank transfer. Please make your payment and kindly fill in the “Confirm Payment” form once transfer is done.

Shipping / Delivery

THE-CLEMENTINES.COM offers shipping Indonesia-wide for some retail products and within Jakarta/Tangerang only for gift boxes. Shipping fee(s) will be varied depends on the final destination and shipping method selected upon check out.
Please ensure to include the most accurate shipping information including full name, complete address (including city and postal code) and recipient’s contact number. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping/delivery information. If an item is returned to us due to incorrect shipping address or recipient refusal, we will charge a re-delivery fee and we are not responsible for any delays in shipping.

We are not responsible for losses that are not caused by our faults or indirect losses caused by shipping company or force majeure.

Returns & Exchange Policy

All sales orders are final and non-refundable (but trust us, they’ll love it!)

Content Errors / Inaccuracies

As much as we tries to provide the most accurate and complete information, occasionally there may be some content errors or inaccuracies related to product descriptions, pricing, promotion, offers, shipping charges and availability.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the product & service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

THE-CLEMENTINES.COM also does not promise that all functional system and aspects at our website will be error-free and virus-free. We recommend customers to have anti-virus software updated. Some browsers may experience different errors and we try our best to fix that. Please email us to info@the-clementines.com for any errors that may occur.

Marketing

THE CLEMENTINES reserves the right to stamp print the packaging, a logomark advertisement and/or include a card inside each gift. We also reserve the right to publish finished products on social media as well as other media.

You agree that THE-CLEMENTINES.COM may send electronic mails to you for the purpose of advising you of changes or additions to this Site, about any of THE-CLEMENTINES.COM’s products or services, or for such other purpose(s) as we deem appropriate.

THE-CLEMENTINES.COM website and the entire contents contained on the website, including but not limited to: text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the sole and exclusive property of PT CLEMENTINES KREASI INDAH. This site is not for any commercial use. You may not copy, display, reproduce, publish, create derivative works and sell any content or products within this site. You are prohibited to use our content for any advertising use/commercial use for your own site.

PT CLEMENTINES KREASI INDAH understands that privacy concerns are extremely important, therefore we are committed to protect your data privacy and safety. You agree to compensate us fully, defend us and hold us PT CLEMENTINES KREASI INDAH harmless immediately on demand, its directors and officers, from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees, arising from any violation of the Terms and Conditions by you including the use by any other persons accessing this site using your internet account caused by your action or inaction.
